Donation Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel a donation that you have made any time up to 30 days after your payment was made.
If you decide to cancel a donation after 30 days, we will refund the donation within 7 days, provided the donation has not already been used for a charitable project.
How to Request a Refund
To cancel a donation or request a refund, please contact us at contact@muniya.org or call us at +91 97799 93347 with your donation details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of the donation.
